At The Home Flooring Store, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers. To ensure the best service and quality assurance, we have a strict delivery policy that aligns with our professional fitting service.
Our Delivery Policy
- We do not offer supply-only deliveries. This means we will not deliver flooring unless it is being installed by our in-store fitting team.
- If you have booked our professional fitting service, your fitter will bring the flooring directly to your home on the day of installation.
- For customers who prefer to arrange their own fitting, we offer a collection service from our store locations.
Collection from Store
Customers who do not require our fitting service can collect their flooring directly from our stores at:

Our team will assist you in loading your order safely into your vehicle. Please ensure you have adequate transportation for large flooring rolls or heavy items.
