30-Day Return Policy

At The Home Flooring Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your flooring purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

You may return your flooring within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

The product has not been opened – Flooring must be in its original, sealed packaging.
There is a fault with the product – If your flooring is defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
The product has not been fitted, cut, or altered – Once flooring has been installed, trimmed, or modified in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us – Visit us in-store or get in touch with our team to initiate your return.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
  3. Return the Product – Bring the flooring back to our store in its original condition.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If the return meets our conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange.
  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, cut, or fitted flooring.
  • Custom orders or made-to-measure products.
  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated).
